Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are only applicable if:
•You receive a product with a manufacturing defect
•You receive a completely incorrect color or design
Orders are eligible for return within 2–3 working days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
•Fabric or material is not as per personal preference
•Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
•Size or fit issues
Sale products are non-refundable but can be exchanged or a store credit issued
Steps to Request an Exchange:

•Order details
•Reason for return
•Mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the defect
•Product price tag intact
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location for eligible pin codes. After we receive and verify the returned product, we’ll process a refund or exchange with another product of your choice and ship it to you at no extra charge.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, a 2% cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid amount.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days to your UPI ID or bank account used for payment.
